CANCELLATION & REFUND

                                                                       Alice Lake Promise Comply with 100% Refund Policy** towards the Guests if the Cancellation is Prior to 48 Hours to Chceck In. (Only For Homestays) Cancellation From 48 hours- Check In Advance Amount Will be Deducted Which is 30% of Total Amount. *Free Cancellation Period of Bookings for Festival(ie Dasara, Diwali,Christmas etc) time is 7 days Prior to Check In. Any Cancellation From 7 days to Check in Time is Subjected to Chargeable of Advance Amount. Any Cancellation After Check In Time will Not be Refunded. 

Incase of Cancellation Refund amount will be Credited to Customers Original Mode of Payment and Credited to Customers Bank Account in 7-10 Working Days.

Note : **Cancellation of the Houseboat Booking Subjected to 30% of Total Amount will be Deducted as Cancellation Fee, Once Booked. There is no Cancellation Period for Houseboats, Once Boat is Booked For Any Cancellation , Cancellation Fee is Applicable
